Adults Programs

Since 2002 Israel Experience Ltd. has expanded its services to offer high-quality programming to adult and family groups visiting Israel. These groups benefit from the same educational vision, services and infrastructure that have made Israel Experience Ltd. one of the leaders in incoming educational tourism. Working in coordination with local community or organizational representatives, we develop tailor-made programs that match the needs and interests of the participants.

The company’s family focus is on the creation of programs that are both educational and recreational, and are tailor-made to meet the needs and interests of each group. Itineraries focus on individual, family and community experiences with an emphasis on “hands on” activities. In additional to a tour educator with experience guiding multigenerational groups, each family group includes a madrich/a (“counselor”) with youth leadership experience. This staff configuration allows for youth to occasionally follow a separate track from their parents, led by the tour educator or the madrich/a. Family trips feature an easier pace than adult-only trips, with a balance of engaging educational and fun activities.

To date Israel Experience Ltd. has developed and facilitated theme-oriented seminars, programs and missions for synagogue and federation groups from across North America. We have also helped program and facilitate professional conferences in Israel for medical professionals as well as formal and informal educators. Our clients include the National Council of Jewish Women, Hillel, and the Jewish Educators Assembly. The feedback from participants on these seminars was outstanding and the “reverberations” of the visits here are still being felt in the various communities and constituencies.

Besides visiting Israel, other enrichment options include visits to Prague, Budapest, Vilna, Kiev and Warsaw to learn about Jewish historical roots in Europe and to follow in the footsteps of the early Zionist leaders.
